- A confirmation of all bookings made, will be emailed to the booker via the email address provided during the booking process. It is your responsibility to make sure that the emailed confirmation(s) agree with the requested services, and if it does not, then contact LIMOCENTRAL immediately by calling 0416020222 or emailing bookings@limocentral.com.au to correct any errors.
- We do not have any access to airline passenger lists, so if you are arriving at an airport as part of your travel plans and for whatever reason your flight number changes you must immediately contact us on 0416 020 222 to advise us of the change. Failure to do so may result in additional fees being charged.
- You must make yourself aware of and adhere to the baggage limits of the vehicle chosen.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our vehicles.
- Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond their legal seating capacity.
All children aged six years and under, MUST be seated in an additional booster/baby seat. LIMOCENTRAL can supply these at an additional cost or you can of course install your own.
- Waiting time charges will apply 15 minutes after the prearranged booking time for home/hotel/office pickups. Waiting time and extra parking charges may apply to airport pickups under certain circumstances.
- If you cannot locate our driver and choose not to contact our office on +61 416 020 222 and instead take alternative transport, you will be liable for 100% of the transfer cost.
- Transfers between the hours of 22:00 and 04:59 attract an out of hours surcharge.
- Surcharges apply to all bookings that occur on major event dates, including but not limited to, Avalon Air Show, Spring Racing Carnival Melbourne Cup week, Formula One Grand Prix and The Australian Open.
- Cancellation fees apply where bookings are cancelled within various timeframes of the prearranged booking time and differ depending on the type of booking made. These fees and time frames are available upon request.
