Booking Confirmation
All bookings will be confirmed via email to the address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details carefully and ensure they match your requested services. If any discrepancies are identified, you must contact LIMOCENTRAL immediately at 0416 020 222 or via email at bookings@limocentral.com.au to have them corrected.
Flight Information
LIMOCENTRAL does not have access to airline passenger records. If your flight number or arrival details change for any reason, you must notify us immediately by calling 0416 020 222. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Vehicle Capacity & Baggage
Passengers are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for their group size and luggage requirements. You must ensure that baggage limits for the selected vehicle are adhered to. Vehicles cannot exceed their legal seating capacity under any circumstances.
Child Safety Requirements
All children aged six (6) years and under must be secured in an appropriate child restraint in accordance with Australian regulations. LIMOCENTRAL can provide child seats at an additional cost, or you may supply and install your own.
Vehicle Conduct
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all LIMOCENTRAL vehicles.
Waiting Time & Additional Charges
Waiting time charges will apply for pickups at residential, hotel, or office locations 15 minutes after the scheduled booking time.For airport pickups, waiting time and additional parking fees may apply depending on circumstances, including delays or extended wait times.
Driver Contact & No-Show Policy
If you are unable to locate your driver, you must contact LIMOCENTRAL immediately at +61 416 020 222. If you choose to arrange alternative transport without contacting us, the full transfer fee will still apply.
Surcharges
An out-of-hours surcharge applies to all bookings between 10:00 PM and 4:59 AM.Additional surcharges may apply during major events, including but not limited to the Avalon Airshow, Spring Racing Carnival (including Melbourne Cup week), Formula One Grand Prix, and the Australian Open.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period provided prior to the scheduled booking time and the type of service booked. Applicable timeframes and fees are available upon request.
Refund Policy
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms of the booking and applicable cancellation policies.
- - Cancellations within the eligible timeframe may receive a full or partial refund, depending on the notice provided.
- - Late cancellations or no-shows may result in no refund, and the full booking amount may be charged.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
